How we work together.

Appointments and reservations

Fittings are booked through the appointment page and held privately, one bride at a time. A ₱300 reservation fee, paid by GCash, confirms your slot and covers the fitting of up to five ready-to-wear gowns within one hour. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation, no-show, or any circumstance, because a reserved hour is an hour no other bride can take. A booking left unpaid is released after 24 hours so the slot returns to the calendar. Fittings are not booked on the same day — the earliest slot available is the following day. Once your fee is confirmed, the atelier's exact address and directions arrive by email.

Fitting is for ready-to-wear gowns only. Brand-new and made-to-order gowns are not available for fitting or viewing. Please come in cycling shorts and a silicone bra or nipple tape, and bring the shoes you plan to wear on the day. Orders

Ready-to-wear pieces are reserved for you the moment your order is placed — the piece comes off the rail before payment, and the payment email says exactly that. Made-to-order pieces are cut and sewn for you after your order. Ready-to-wear pieces take one month, for cleaning; made-to-order gowns take two to three months; veils vary by design. Please allow the full processing time before your date. All prices are read from the atelier's own records when the order is placed, and the confirmation email states every line and the total.

Payments

Nothing is charged on the website. Payment instructions — GCash and bank details — arrive by email with your order, along with a link for uploading your proof of payment. Orders are expected to be settled within an hour; an order left unpaid may be released back to the rail after the atelier reaches out. Your order is confirmed once the atelier has reviewed your proof of payment.

Fittings and alterations

A gown bought ready-to-wear is fitted to you, and the fitting calendar — how many fittings, and when — follows the plan in our fitting timeline guide. Bring your wedding-day shoes to the final fitting; the hem is cut to them.

Delivery and pickup

Finished pieces are delivered by courier — Lalamove within Metro Manila, J&T or LBC beyond it. The courier fare is quoted when your gown is ready, is paid before the gown ships, and is never hidden inside the gown's price. International deliveries are quoted and agreed by email before any order is made. Once a parcel is with the courier, its tracking number is yours; loss or damage in transit is taken up with the courier, with the atelier's help.

You are required to record a video of yourself opening the parcel when it arrives. It is the proof relied on for any claim of major damage in transit, and a claim made without it cannot be distinguished from damage after opening. Minor issues — small stains, loose threads, minimal stitching concerns, or minor internal damage, including those not immediately visible on close inspection — are not considered defects, particularly on preloved ready-to-wear pieces, which are priced well below their original value for that reason. Gowns are cleaned before shipment; steaming and ironing are not included. Brand-new gowns are not dry cleaned, as cleaning an unused gown may damage the fabric. For made-to-order pieces, alterations beyond the measurements you originally provided are at your own expense, and no gown is guaranteed to be an exact replica of a reference photo.

Returns and exchanges

Gowns are not returnable or exchangeable. A ready-to-wear piece comes off the rail for you and is fitted — and often altered — to your body; a made-to-order piece is cut and sewn for you alone. Neither can honestly be offered to another bride afterwards, so all sales are final. What the atelier does stand behind is the work itself: if something is wrong with the making of your gown, come back and it will be put right at the fitting table. Damage in transit is a courier matter, handled as described under delivery above.

Using this website

The photographs, texts, and designs on this site belong to Pinky Lamasan Bridal Atelier and may not be reused commercially without permission. Prices and availability shown on gown pages are live but not a contract — a piece can be taken by another bride between your visit and your order, and the order confirmation is what commits both sides. Automated scraping, fake orders, and abusive form submissions are not welcome and are actively filtered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any point here needs interpreting, start by talking to the atelier — that is how every real question gets resolved anyway.
