THE ATELIER · PRIVACY
Your details, kept quietly.
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it — written plainly, the way the atelier would tell you in person. Last updated 8 August 2026.
What we collect, and when
Your name, email address, subject, and message from the contact form. Replies travel by email in the same thread.
Your name, email, mobile number, chosen date and time, and — if you share them — a Facebook profile and a note about what you are looking for.
Your name, email, contact number, the pieces you chose, the delivery address for the courier, and — optionally — a social profile so the atelier can recognise you, plus any notes you add.
The receipt image you upload. It is stored privately and is visible only to signed-in atelier staff — never served publicly.
What we use it for
Exactly what you would expect and nothing beyond it: confirming and holding your fitting slot, reserving and fulfilling your order, sending you payment instructions and updates by email, answering your messages, and keeping the shop's own records of orders and payments. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
What runs quietly underneath
The website runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, with its database hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Three things process limited technical data on our behalf: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites; Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was filled in by a person, not a script; and basic request information (such as an IP address) is used briefly to rate-limit abusive submissions. Your cart lives in your own browser's storage and reaches us only when you place the order. The public site sets no login cookies; only atelier staff sign in.
How long we keep it
Orders, appointments, and payment records are kept as long as the shop needs them for its own books and for honouring your order. Inquiry threads are kept so the conversation can continue from either side. If you would like something corrected or removed, ask — see below.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or — where it is no longer needed for an order or legal record — have it deleted. To exercise any of these, write to the atelier with the email address you used, and we will answer personally. This page describes our practice in plain language; it is not legal advice.
