THE ATELIER · ORDER & FITTING INFORMATION
What to expect, start to finish.
How long each piece takes, what the fitting fee covers, what to wear on the day, and what happens when your gown ships. Last updated 31 August 2026.
Processing time
Every piece needs time before it can come to you, and the time is different for each kind. Please count backwards from your wedding date and book with room to spare — a rushed gown is a gown nobody enjoys.
The month is for cleaning. A ready-to-wear piece comes off the rail for you and is cleaned before it ships.
Cut and sewn for you from your own measurements, then fitted and finished.
Processing time depends on the design. We will tell you the timing for yours when you order it.
The fitting fee
A ₱300 fee is required to secure your slot. It covers the fitting of up to 5 ready-to-wear gowns within 60 minutes — the hour is private, one bride at a time, and the next bride is waiting for it. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation, no-show, or any circumstance. Once you have booked, your slot is held for 24 hours while you send the fee; after that the hour returns to the calendar for other brides.
Fittings are not booked on the same day — the earliest slot you can reserve is tomorrow. The fee has to be sent, the receipt checked, and your gowns pulled and prepared before you arrive, and none of that fits into the hours left in a day.
What to wear to your fitting
Two things make the hour quicker and far more comfortable, for you and for us. Please come in cycling shorts, for a comfortable and smooth fitting, and a silicone bra or nipple tape, for a better fit. Bring the shoes you plan to wear on the day as well — the hem is cut to them.
Securing your slot
Book through the appointment page and we email you the payment details straight away, with a link for uploading your receipt. Send your proof of payment together with your name, complete address, and contact number. Ms. Pinky checks every receipt herself, and the atelier's exact address and directions arrive by email once your booking is confirmed.
When your gown ships
Finished pieces are delivered by courier. The fare is quoted when your gown is ready and settled before it ships. When the parcel arrives, please record a video of yourself opening it. It is the only proof either of us has if the gown was badly damaged in transit, so start recording before you cut the packaging.
If you have chosen a preloved ready-to-wear gown, please manage your expectations: these pieces are offered well below their original value for a reason. Minor issues — small stains, loose threads, minimal stitching concerns, or minor internal damage within the gown, including those not immediately visible on close inspection — are not considered defects. They are manageable and expected on a preloved piece, and we do not accept or accommodate claims regarding these conditions. The gown is cleaned before shipment; steaming and ironing are not included.
For a made-to-order gown, alterations beyond the measurements you originally provided are at your own expense. We do not guarantee a 100% exact replica of a reference gown — photos of the measurements and a video of the actual gown are provided for your reference before it ships. Brand-new gowns are not dry cleaned, as we consider them unused and cleaning may damage the fabric; you may have yours cleaned at your own discretion and expense.
The full legal terms behind orders, payments, and deliveries are on our terms of service page. For anything not answered here, please write to the atelier — Ms. Pinky answers personally.
